Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
After deletion, your account and all cloud data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Data Information
- Firebase authentication account (email / Google account)
- All personal concert data
- Ticket details, ratings and personal notes
- Preferences and notification settings
- Cloud-synced data
Concert information (name, venue, date, artists) you previously published to the public concert library will remain available for other users.
This data contains no personally identifiable information and will no longer be linked to your account after deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
For users who can still log in to the Flytix app
Open Flytix → Settings (top right) → Account → Delete Account
Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Email Request
For users who have uninstalled the app or cannot log in

Processing Time
Method 1 (in-app): Immediate
Method 2 (email): Within 30 business days
After deletion, your login credentials will be invalidated immediately.
