Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is my data safe?

All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you opt in to cloud sync, data is transmitted with encryption and stored on protected servers.

Q: How do I add a concert?

Tap the "+" button in the top right of the home screen and fill in the concert details. You can also use Spotify to search for artists and Google to search for posters.

Q: Can I sync with iPhone Calendar?

Yes! On the concert detail page, tap the "Add to Calendar" button to add the event to your system calendar.

Q: How do I search and browse public concerts?

Tap the "Discover" tab in the bottom navigation to browse trending concerts, or use the search bar to find concerts by name, artist, or venue. Partial Chinese-character search is also supported (e.g. searching "華納" finds "華納音樂").

Q: How do I publish a concert to the public library?

With cloud sync enabled, open the concert detail page and tap "Publish to Public Library". You can preview what will be made public before publishing. You can edit or request takedown anytime after publishing. You must be logged in with cloud sync enabled to use the publish feature.

Q: What personal data is shared when I publish a concert?

Only objective concert information is made public (name, date, venue, artists, organizer, poster). Your ticket details, spending, ratings, notes, prayer counts, and personal photos are never public — they stay on your device.
